Quite a scene. It's hard to make out what dissenting voices were upset about exactly. Obviously, it had to do with conduct of the BOD.
I'm guessing that woman at lectern was hired gun from CHFT there to "control" the meeting. She had that smugness/arrogance you'd find with those sector people.
But turning off the lights so people couldn't continue filming is so juvenile and bush-league. Reminds of when we were kids/teens and we had friends or cousins mad that they were losing a board game. Solution? Toss the game board with pieces etc in the air and claim game's over and nobody won.
More proof that these sector clowns really have a playbook for all contingencies at a refereed MM.
I lived in housing co-ops for approximately 30 years and for many years was an active volunteer on the Maintenance Committee.
I'm writing this blog because there is very little information on the web about dysfunctional co-ops. This blog will give an overview of what is transpiring in our co-op and its consequences, particularly as it pertains to vulnerable subsidized members. I intersperse my account of co-op living with snippets of my life's experiences outside of the co-op realm.
