Ice Caps
Well, it certainly did snow over the holidays. The snow is piled up so high on my front lawn, one can sit in the branches of the half buried tree. This newly formed mountain is hazardous as it blocks the view of on-coming cars. The kiddie playpark, which no longer has a fence around it, is being used to stock pile snow - stone grits and all. Cars are now parking more in the park than in the parking spaces. It is a sight to behold.
The roads could have been scraped down to the pavement, but they weren't. In fact, there are so many ridges of slush, that when these freeze over, they will be impossible to traverse.
We will be slip-sliding our way into the New Year.
