Annual


On January 7, 2013, members were notified that Annual Review Income Verifications must be submitted before January 23, 2013.  Members are being asked to submit their Income Tax Assessments for 2011, to be used for their 2013 subsidized housing calculations.  This is a completely illogical request as members' incomes for 2011 will not be the same as what they currently receive.

The request for Tax Assessments for 2011 seems perfectly logical to our Property Manager, as members are duty bound to provide financial updates.  Why then ask for obsolete information?  That logic is simply not applied.
