    I guess this person couldn't face facts so now she's out to embarrass Region with frivolous Small Claims case that w/b tossed before it hits a hearing.

    Never any problem with Co-op Boards and their directors, eh?
    Co-op life --- sure ain't dull.

    1. This is perhaps the most ludicrous lawsuit I've ever heard of. She's on ODSP and cannot afford to buy another bottle of juice? How is it that she was able to file a lawsuit being as penniless as she claims she is.

  3. Fee waiver.

    In Small Claims Crt, there's mandatory settlement conference both parties have to attend in front of (usually) mediator. I imagine that person will try to talk sense into woman. Failing that, Region likely to file motion to have case thrown out as frivolous and vexatious
